For tools that require server-side processing, we temporarily upload the file for the sole purpose of conversion or modification. All uploaded files are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers within one hour of processing. 5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ToolsGit makes no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the results of any conversion or file modification and are not responsible for any loss of data or quality.

The content of the files you upload remains your property. We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you process through our Service.

ToolsGit is a free service, supported by advertisements. By using our Service, you agree to the placement of advertising, which may be provided by third-party vendors like Google AdSense. These advertisements are necessary to maintain and improve our tools and keep them free for everyone.
